On 12 October 2024, a delegation from the Tianjin Education Academic Society & School Representatives from Tianjin visited New Era University College for an exchange and communicate, with the aim of promote the relationship between the two institutions and exploring more feasible cooperation directions.

The attendees from Tianjin Education Academic Society & School Representatives from Tianjin included Mr. Shen Tie (Vice President, Tianjin Education Academic Society)，Mr. Zou Shaoning (Vice President ,Tianjin Education Academic Society), Ms.Liu Shaoping (Headmaster, Tianjin Mofan Elementary School), Ms.Yuan Shuang (Executive Headmaster, Tianjin Yizhong Middle School), Mr.Yang Xiaoke (Headmaster, Tianjin Fayao High School), Ms.Yang Nairong (Headmaster, Tianjin Yiyangmei Jiangwan International School), Ms.Guo Qing (Vice Headmaster for academic, Tianjin Xiqing Yi Yang Wen Si Primary School), Mr.Sun Zhou (Department Head, Tianjin Hexi Huade Education Training School).The attendees from NEUC included Ms.Lew Siew Boon (Head, International Academic Exchange Office), Ms. Phang Hui Ting (Head, International Student Recruitment Office) , Ms.Lee Hui Wen (Head, International Student Service Centre), Ms.Yap Seow Yu (Head, Language and Intercultural Centre)，Mr.Lee Hong Yi (Education Programme Specialist), and Mr.Mah Siu Zhun (Education Programme Specialist).

During the communication meeting, representatives from both sides introduced the background of their respective institutions and the current state of education development in their countries. Based on this foundation, they further discussed potential collaborative projects aimed at strengthening the close ties of academic exchanges between China and Malaysia. After the meeting, both parties exchanged souvenirs and took a group photo.
