Delegation from Chang Jung Christian University
13 March 2026, a delegation from Chang Jung Christian University visited New Era University College (NEUC) to engage in discussions on academic exchange and potential future collaboration.
The visiting representatives from Chang Jung Christian University included Prof. Dr. Sun Huey-Min, Vice-Chancellor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chiu Ching-Ya, Head of Office of Global Engagement, Wang Yun-Chun, Team Leader of Overseas Student Recruitment, Mr. Zhou Dao Hui, International Consultant for University Development.
The representatives of NEUC were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tey Shi Bin, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International and Corporate Development), Asst. Prof. Dr. Ng Khai Boon, Head of Office of International Academic Exchange and Ms. Wong Jing Yin, Education Programme Specialist of Institute of International Education.
During the meeting, both parties introduced the development background and international collaboration of their respective universities, while also discussing potential areas for future cooperation. They explored the possibility of establishing joint master’s and doctoral programs. In addition, both sides discussed the feasibility of short-term academic programs, including. student exchange programs and short-term study camps, to further promote student mobility and academic interaction.
Both parties expressed their hope to maintain continuous communication and gradually implement the proposed initiatives, thereby further strengthening the partnership between the two institutions and promoting the joint development of international education and academic exchange.
