Delegation from Nanjing Audit University
On December 9, 2025, a delegation from Nanjing Audit University visited New Era University College (NEUC). The purpose of the visit was to strengthen and deepen the collaborative relationship between the two universities through exchanges, while exploring more feasible projects to further promote educational ties between Malaysia and China and jointly cultivate professionals in various fields.
The representatives from Nanjing Audit University included Prof. Dr. Jiang Zhenchun (Dean, School of Foreign Studies), Prof. Dr. Zhu Jun (Dean, School of Liberal Arts), as well as accompanying personnel: Mr. Jiang Zhaoyu (Chairman, Lama International Universal Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd.), Mr. Sun Zhen (Sales Director, Lama International Universal Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd.).
The representatives from NEUC included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tey Shi Bin (Deputy Vice-Chancellor), Senior Lecturer Ms. Phang Hui Ting (Head, International Student Recruitment Office, Institute of International Education), Asst. Prof. Dr. Ng Khai Boon (Office of International Academic Exchange, Institute of International Education), and Ms. Wong Jing Yin (Education Programme Specialist, Institute of International Education).
During the meeting, representatives from both institutions introduced their respective educational backgrounds, distinctive strengths, and future development plans. The discussion focused on several potential areas of collaboration, including short-term study tours, faculty and student exchanges, joint Master’s and Doctoral training programs, as well as Sino–foreign cooperative education initiatives. During the visit, the Academy of the Belt and Road Audit and International Governance of Nanjing Audit University was also officially inaugurated at our university, marking a significant step forward in bilateral cooperation in the fields of auditing and international governance.
This visit has laid a solid foundation for future collaboration in short-term programs, talent cultivation, joint academic initiatives, and cooperative education, injecting new momentum into the advancement of higher education cooperation between Malaysia and China.
