𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩
On 20 August 2025, China ASEAN Panorama Group visited New Era University College (NEUC). The visit aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of both parties achievements and distinctive features in the fields of drone technology and education, with a focus on exploring potential collaboration opportunities in integrating industry and higher education.
The visiting delegation included Mr. Gao Hang (Chairman, China Asean Panorama Group), Mr. Danny Ng Theng Wei (Founder & Director, APR Electronic Services Sdn. Bhd.), and Mr. Micheal Jan (Managing Director, Linghang International (M) Sdn. Bhd.) .
Representing NEUC were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lew Siew Boon (Asst. Dean, Institute of International Education), Asst. Prof. Dr. Loong Ying Tai (Head of the Department of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering), Ms. Tan Yee May (Head of the Department of Information Technology) ,Ms. Lin Siew Chin (Head of the University-Enterprise Collaboration & Professional Development Training), Mr. Lee Hong Yi (Education Programme Specialist, Institute of International Education) and Ms. Goh Wan Ning (Education Programme Specialist, University-Enterprise Collaboration & Professional Development Training).
During the discussion, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the joint establishment of research centers, software program training for drone projects, technical training, and technology transfer. The goal is to promote the implementation of university-industry cooperation projects through resource integration and complementary advantages.This exchange laid a solid foundation for future collaboration between the two sides in the coordinated development of new energy vehicle technology and education, with a shared commitment to cultivating high-quality, application-oriented talents to meet the demands of future industrial development.
