【Conference Details and Description】
The Crossing Region and Interdisciplinary Graduate International Conference aims to provide a platform for postgraduate students to communicate and interact with each other. This enables them to participate in a specialized academic presentation platform and build a solid foundation for their graduation thesis. At the end of the conference, there will be a workshop to teach students how to effectively use AI tools for research and academic writing.

【“AI in Academic Writing” Workshop Moderator】
Dr. Ang Yang Yi is a Senior Lecturer at New Era University College, specializing in multimedia computing, virtual reality (VR) technology, and generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI). She holds a Ph.D. in Multimedia Computing and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science jointly awarded by Staffordshire University and Asia Pacific University (APU). Her research focuses on optimizing user interaction in virtual environments and exploring the applications of generative AI in content creation and education. Her work has been published in high-impact journals and international conference proceedings, including IEEE Access (Q1). With a solid academic background and strong research expertise, Dr. Ang is committed to advancing the innovative development of immersive computing, generative AI, and user experience.
