Registration Open for Mandarin Speaking & Intercultural Experience Workshop
Registration is now open for the Mandarin Speaking & Intercultural Experience Workshop, organized by the Institute of International Education, New Era University College (NEUC).
Mandarin Speaking & Intercultural Experience Workshop is specially designed for Malaysian non-Chinese communities and non-native Mandarin learners. It combines Malay pantun poetry and traditional Chinese festivals to improve speaking skills through fun activities and explore the integration of language and culture. The course is taught by Ms. Chong Pei Ern, a graduate of National Taiwan University’s Chinese Literature Department and current M.A. student in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language, with rich international teaching experience, including teaching roles at Harvard Taipei Academy and a European university.
The three-day workshop is fully sponsored and open to the public free of charge. Participants who attend all three sessions will be awarded a certificate of completion. For further information, please refer to the promotional poster or contact Ms. Joanne at tcsldept@newera.edu.my.
