Mid-Autumn Mooncake Workshop

We had eight international students from China, Indonesia, and Laos participate in a Mid-Autumn Mooncake Making Workshop hosted by the Malaysia Selangor and Federal Territory Ku Su Shin Choong Hung Restaurant Association in Malaysia. During the workshop, they had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in crafting various types of mooncakes, including snow skin mooncakes, Shanghai pandan lotus paste mooncakes, and Cantonese-style red bean paste mooncakes.
