Malaysian Satay and Ketupat Making Workshop
11 students from The University of Kitakyushu, Japan paid a visit to Satay Putera Kajang and experienced the making of Malaysian satay and ketupat. (5 September 2019)
8 international students from China, Indonesia and Laos attended the Mooncake Making Workshop at The Malaysia Selangor And Federal Territory Ku Su Shin Choong Hung Restaurant Association and experienced making snow skin mooncakes, Shanghai pandan lotus mooncakes, as well as red bean mooncakes.
